Mayra Pachado Psychology places importance on protecting your privacy, and the security of your personal data, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). § Drawing up a treatment agreement;
§ Invoicing, payment information;
§ Contact, content of an email.
For the above-mentioned purposes, the following personal data may be requested:
§ Name and address details (name, address, postal code, place of residence)
§ Contact information (email-address).
§ Payment information (bank account).
Within the context of treatment special personal data may be requested, if relevant:
§ Health data; Religious or philosophical believes; Data concerning a person’s sex life or orientation.
Retention of personal data
Mayra Pachado Psychology does not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the predetermined purposes, or as required by law.
According to the Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport your medical records will be kept for at least 20 years. You can always request for your file to be kept longer or shorter, please check how this can be done here.

Mayra Pachado Psychology has taken the following technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
